Welcome to Duncan's Dog Co., a family-owned dog daycare business that has been caring for dogs since 2011.

Nestled in a cottage surrounded by acres of enriching woodland, we give dogs a natural, safe place to explore, play and thrive.

The trees create a natural canopy from the British weather: shade from the sun when we get it, and shelter when the rain arrives. Scent, sound, texture and changing seasons make each day naturally stimulating.

We are one facility, not a chain or a handover system. Our staff are with the dogs from collection all the way through to home time, keeping faces, routines and care familiar.

A day at Duncan's

What a daycare day actually looks like

Open 7:45am to 6:30pm, seven days a week. This is the shape of it.

Collection

The driver at your door is one of the daycare team, and they are with your dog in the woodland all day. Message them from the portal if anything changes.

Morning

Into the woodland

Groups matched by size, age and energy head out under the trees. Forty acres, fenced, with shade in summer and shelter when it rains.

Midday

Proper rest

Downtime is built in, indoors or in the shade, so dogs come home tired rather than wired. Wet dogs are towel-dried before they travel.

Home time

Drop-offs run through the afternoon and the last dogs are home by 6:30pm. If something is worth knowing about their day, you hear it from the person who was there.

Your customer portal

Every booking on one calendar

Every day your dog is booked in, past and upcoming. Your regular days are already in there. Tap Create a booking to ask for an extra day, and you get a notification on your phone the moment we approve it.

Talk to the team, and to your driver on the day

Anything you need to tell us goes in one thread we can both see, instead of texts and WhatsApps to different phones. On the days your dog is booked in, the driver on your route is in that thread too.

Know when they're collected, and when they're home

When the driver collects your dog, your phone shows it with the driver's name, and again when your dog is home. You also hear when new photos go up, when we message you and when a booking is approved. Add the portal to your home screen and they come through like any other app.

Photos from the woodland and a report card, saved on your dog's profile alongside their vaccination dates and care notes.

Invoices that pay themselves

One Direct Debit through GoCardless, set up once. Every invoice stays in the portal with the PDF to download, and you can see at a glance what is paid.

How your dog starts

  1. EnquireSend us your postcode, your dog's details and the days you are thinking of.
  2. Meet and greetA complimentary visit to the woodland so your dog can see the space and we can meet them properly.
  3. Trial dayA settling-in day before joining the group, at their pace, with no rushing. We send you a report card afterwards.
  4. Regular daysWe agree the days, put them in the portal and your dog becomes part of the routine.

Straightforward pricing

£65 a day for one day a week, £60 a day for two, and £55 a day for three or more. Collection and drop-off are included. Weekends are £75, and we ask for a minimum of four days a month.

Is this dog daycare in Cobham suitable for nervous dogs?
